First post game jam update - featuring mobile phone support

New Features:

• Touch support for mobile browser
• Added push back when player deals damage
• Mouth part can show up in the upgrade screen
• Mouth heals player on kill

Visual Updates:

• Mouth sprite changed
• Mouth opening and closing animation when ready to bite
• New spitter particle
• Slight background colour change

Fixes:

• Mouth doesn't hit parent body when turning
• Changed spitter description
